BOOT CAMP
Come experience a bootcamp experience the F.R.E.S.H Flex
way! This is a full body strength and conditioning workout that is
catered to all levels from the beginner lifter to the advanced.
This is for both women and men, we don’t discriminate! Post
workout refreshments and water provided to replenish your
muscles in a timely manner and the music is provided by a live
DJ. This is a group circuit style workout with coaches at each
station to look closely to help and cater to anyones specific form
needs. This is an experience that you just have to come see for
